Full calendar in the dashboard
The dashboard adds any date range, every company (not just the largest), revenue estimates and actuals, a weekly grid view, plus IPO, split and options expiration calendars. You get a reminder 2 days before a stock on your watchlist reports, and the morning Telegram brief lists today's reports.
Signing up is free. If you already have an account, "Open in dashboard" takes you straight to the calendar.
How to use this calendar
Why earnings week matters
On earnings day a stock can jump or drop 5–15% overnight: results come out before the open or after the close, and the next session opens with a gap. A stop-loss does not protect against that — price skips right past it.
Expected move
Options prices show how big a move the market expects from the report. If a stock typically moves ±8%, entering into earnings with a ±3% stop is a coin flip. Size the position for that move.
Should you hold through earnings?
Short-term traders usually close or reduce positions before the report. For a long-term investor a single report matters less, but the gap between the estimate (consensus), the result and the company's outlook (guidance) can move the price for weeks. Limitup's signal scanner also skips new signals on stocks close to their report date.
Reading the table
"Before the open" — results land before the US open (evening in Tashkent); "after the close" — after the close (night in Tashkent). EPS actual is green when it beats the estimate and red when it misses. "Estimated date" — the company hasn't announced it yet; the date is projected from past years.
Frequently asked questions
- What are earnings?
- US public companies report their financial results every quarter: revenue, profit and earnings per share (EPS). The market compares these numbers with analyst expectations (consensus) — the bigger the gap, the bigger the price move.
- When are "before the open" and "after the close" in Tashkent time?
- The US regular session runs 9:30 AM–4:00 PM New York time. In Tashkent that is 18:30–01:00 in summer and 19:30–02:00 in winter. "Before the open" reports usually land between 16:00 and 18:30 Tashkent time, "after the close" reports at night (after 01:00).
- What is the EPS estimate and where does it come from?
- The EPS estimate is the average forecast of the analysts covering the company (consensus). A result above it is a "beat", below it a "miss". But the price reacts to revenue and the company's next-quarter outlook too, not only EPS.
- Why are some companies missing?
- The public page shows the largest companies of each week by market cap — at peak season there are over a thousand reports a week. Every company and any date range are in the full calendar in the dashboard.
- Can the report date change?
- Yes. Until the company officially announces the date, sources project it from past years — such dates are marked "estimated". Check the company's investor relations page before an important decision.
