Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Limitup. By opening an account, you agree to the following.
Last updated: 2026-08-05
1. Service description
Limitup is a rules-based signal scanner for the US stock market (NASDAQ, NYSE). We are not a broker or investment adviser: we do not place orders on any exchange, manage your funds, or give financial advice.
2. Not investment advice
All signals, statistics and analysis on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. They are technical setups found by rules, not guarantees. Any trading decision, and its outcome, is entirely your responsibility. You can lose your entire investment in the stock market.
3. Paper trading
Paper trading is a simulation that runs at real market prices. No real order is ever sent to an exchange and no real money moves. Simulated results do not guarantee future real-world results.
4. Account and responsibility
You must provide a genuine phone number when opening an account. You are responsible for the security of your password and any Telegram account linked to it. One person should use only one account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Currently, every feature is free. Pro and Premium plan pricing and features are published in advance, but the billing mechanism is not switched on yet (beta). Once billing goes live, these terms will be updated and users notified in advance.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, strategy logic and text belong to us. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
7. Right to suspend the service
If we detect misuse (account sharing, automated abuse, harming another user), we may suspend your account without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of signal accuracy, uptime, or trading outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your trading decisions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes update the date on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
