How to use this list

Large companies are steadier, not safe. Halal screening also depends on market cap: if the price stays down for long, the debt ratio rises and a stock can drop out of the screen.

This is not a conclusion — it is a starting point for research. Each stock's page shows its halal ratios and reasons; study the business, its reports and its price chart separately.

Halal status is re-checked daily and can change. Before buying, check the latest screening date on the stock's page. Screening methodology

Build your own filter in the screener

The screener filters and sorts by halal status, sector, exchange, market cap, P/E, ROE, debt, revenue growth, RSI, 52-week high and dozens of other metrics — the full list, not just the top 25. Signing up is free.

Frequently asked questions

Why are many large companies missing?
Banks, insurers, other prohibited businesses and heavily indebted companies fail AAOIFI screening. Each stock's page shows why.
How is this different from the halal stocks page?
That page shows the 50 largest by market cap; this list includes only those above $200B, with P/E and 1-year performance.
Which stocks lead the list right now?
As of 2026-10-15: NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA), Apple Inc. (AAPL), Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL), Alphabet Inc. (GOOG), Microsoft Corporation (MSFT). In total 47 stocks meet the criteria.
Is this list investment advice?
No. It is the output of an automatic filter on public data; the criteria are written on the page. No stock is recommended for purchase and this is not a fatwa.
How often is the list updated?
The page is rebuilt every 30 minutes. Prices update every 5 minutes, technicals (RSI, 52-week high, 1-year performance) after each trading day closes, and fundamentals (P/E, dividend, ROE) every few days.
Where does the halal rating come from?
From our own AAOIFI-style screener: prohibited business activity, interest-bearing debt, cash and interest-income ratios are checked. The methodology page lists the thresholds and sources.
